As part of our restructuring programme, we are very please to announce that there are several key positions that have now arisen within the UFGL team. We now have vacancies in the following areas:

Misc

> MoH: Allied Assault Objective Realism Ladder Admin
> MoH: Allied Assault Freeze Tag TDM Realism Ladder Admin

Cod2
> Call of Duty 2 Ladder Admin x3

CSS
> Counter-Strike Source Game Admin
> Counter-Strike Source Ladder Admin

BFME 2
> BFME 2 Game Admin
> BFME 2 Ladder Admin

UFGL Weekly Updates!

Over the last week, all of us from the admin team have been working hard to help improve everyone’s experience. We feel it is vital to keep everyone up to date with the latest developments; therefore here is a summary of what we have been working on over the last week:

Xfire Match Arranging System

We understand that arranging matches can be difficult at times, especially in terms of getting in contact with the other clan. Therefore at UFGL we have now introduced a new Xfire War Arranging system.

How it works? – This new system works very easily, simply apply to join the UFGL match search section on Xifre by clicking the above link. Once accepted you will be able to view all other WA’s from clans in UFGL.

Edit Profile Section Updated

Over the last week our web site development team have been working to improve the edit profile page for everyone. This section is now much easier to use, with increased information to help you enter contact information, handy for war arranging etc.

Ticket System Updated

We have now updated the ticket system, with the aim of making it much easier to get support from the team. All users can now reply to open tickets – meaning more information can be added to your support request when needed.

Cod2 1.3 Patch

Added to our downloads section this week, is the Cod2 1.3 patch. To download, please click on the Cod2 section from the main menu on your left.

Working Hard To Improve Our Community

Updates To Your Community!

As announced previously in the forums, the next few months are going to be some very exciting times here at UFGL. So far we have all be working hard behind the scenes to help improve our community. Over this period we will aim to make regular updates to let you know what's going on - along with giving everyone a chance to give feedback. At the end of the day, we are a community and feel it is very important that everyone has an equal input.

New Admin Sigs

As you may have noticed from viewing the forums, all admins now have new sigs. All sigs now include a contact email or msn addy for members off staff.

This is quite a small change to the site, however we decided to do it for quite an important reason. From being a clan leader and war arranger, i know how annoying it can be when you urgently need to get hold for an admin to ask a question regarding a match etc. Therefore by including contact information for all admins in the forums our aim is to make it much easier to get hold of us.

So if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to send one of us an email. Alternatively submit a support ticket - there is usually an admin online at any given time in the day so we will aim to get back to you ASAP!

Ticket System

Also several updates have been made to the ticket system. All members can now view their resolved tickets (your past support tickets which have been dealt with). This was done as it will be able to act as an good information resource containing your past questions - so if you have the same problem again you can refer to your old ticket.

Bug Fix

In addition several bug fixes have been carried out to help ensure that the community keeps running smoothly!
